Grace Fellowship Outreach was born on September 5, 1999 in a beauty shop in Eustace, Texas.  Thirty-one people were in attendance that first service.  The church was to be named Grace Fellowship, but the congregation decided that they didn't want just another church, but that we were to be active in the community and that we would fulfill the commission that Jesus made to us...to reach the world and make disciples.  So the name was extended to Grace Fellowship Outreach.  As the weeks passed, we began to notice that all the people attending had something in common; they were all outcasts of society and their individual families.  Sort of a group of "misfits".  The Lord immediately set to work healing the broken hearted and Grace Fellowship Outreach soon became a place for the unaccepted to find acceptance.

After a month in the beauty shop, Grace Fellowship Outreach moved into a double-wide trailer on Hwy 175 across from the beauty shop.  They immediately went to work tearing down walls (both physically and spiritually) in the double-wide to transform the trailer into a sanctuary.  The congregation grew to over 100 people, and the need for a new building was quickly discovered.

After several fundraisers, the church had enough money to build debt free a 60' x 100' metal building, that would seat 300, but could be expanded to seat 600.  The building was build on the church's seven acre tract, and the double-wide was turned into classrooms that have doubled as a shelter from time to time for those without homes.  Most recently, Grace Fellowship Outreach housed 14 victims from Hurricane Katrina until more permanent housing became available.

The vision of Grace Fellowship is to see the lost saved, those bound by addictions (drugs, alcohol, sex, etc...) set free, to perform miracles, signs and wonders.  Our goal is to see change come to not only Eustace,Tx, but Henderson county.  Not only Henderson County, but Texas.  Not only Texas but also the United States of America.  Not only the United States of America, but also the world.

Grace Fellowship has an at home mission program, as well as over seas.  We have sent congregation members to South Africa and Jamaica and have plans to return to those countries, and expand to other countries.

The congregation at Grace has seen many lives changed and turned around for Jesus.  New hope is given to every individual who steps through the doors.
