No.  We will supply the crate for your pets transport with no additional charge.  We can  not transport your crate due to lack of extra space.

About every three to four hours our drivers stop and let each pet off individually for potty and walking breaks.

Yes, although we ask that you limit your conversation time and actual calls.  You will be given the drivers cell number before your transport week starts.

Why is padding so important?

Without padding for your pet to lay on inside their crate they could develop friction sores from rubbing back and forth on the bottom of the crate.  We highly recommend sending extra padding as our drivers will dispose of soiled wet padding.

About your transport:

When you contact us you will get an estimated week of pick up for your pet.  We will contact both the shipper as well as the receiver the day before our transport week starts with an estimated day of your pets pick up and delivery.  At this time both parties will be given the drivers contact numbers.  Your estimated pick up and drop off day is subject to change due to many factors that may happen along the route.

We contact both the shipper as well as the receiver about an hour before any pickup or delivery.

Our normal business hours consist of 24 hours a day.  So both parties must be flexible and understanding about the pets day and time of pick up and drop off during the scheduled week.  We try to only do pick up and drop offs between 6AM and 11PM as not to disturb anyone's sleep.

We are a 24 hour transport service with other customers during the transport so therefore we cannot guarantee a specific pick up or drop off time for your pet due to weather, road construction, emergency stops, etc.  If you cannot work with these terms you may need to consider setting up a private transport.  Please contact us for further details.
