• Please have your pet and their shipping items ready for transport when the drivers arrive.
• Pets must be bathed and treated for any parasites before boarding van.
• We require a properly fitted (snug) collar to be on your pet before we transport them.
• Pack items need for your pets travel (food, padding for crate, cat litter for cats, and health certificate).
• You may tip the drivers; gratuity is greatly appreciated.
